Announcements: White bean benefit supperAll are invited to a benefit supper for various cheerleaders of Big Sandy School (Junior High) to assist them in going to cheer at the half time show at the Capital One Bowl in Orlando, Florida.The benefit supper begins December 8th from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Big Sandy School cafeteria. Tickets are only 5.00 each. Live Band - Only in Big Sandy Come one, come all Thursday nights and listen to The Music Men. Enjoy live music and dancing from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the American Legion - Post 228 in Big Sandy. The Post will also be serving food during the break. No cover charge. Karaoke Night It's every Friday night starting at 8:00 p.m.. The American Legion - Post 228 in Big Sandy, is looking forward to hearing your singing voice and enjoy the fun. No cover charge. Everyone should bring can goods to help those in need. The Club Room Members of the American Legion - Post 228 in Big Sandy, is looking forward to watching football on teh big screen tv. The raffle winner for the month of September was Damon (Beaver) Cooke. Support for our Troops The American Legion in Big Sandy will is selling car magnet ribbons for the Camden National Guard Family Readiness Group. They have four different types.
