Individuals $10 Couples $20 Businesses $25 Big Sandy Chamber of Commerce PO Box 10 Big Sandy TN 38221 Here is an update on some of the things the Chamber was involved last summer: The Chamber raffled a shotgun at the Big Sandy Waterfowl Festival raising about $1000 in donations. Larry Waters won the shotgun (a local resident). Many thanks to the members that braved the heat working our booth. We were able to raise much needed funds with the 2nd Annual Big Sandy Bike Run held on May 14th. We had 26 riders (18 motorcycles), some very nice prizes were donated from the Big Sandy Chamber members and other businesses in Benton and Henry County. Many thanks to everyone who participated and especially the ones who brought food to the American Legion after the ride. Look for news about our 3rd annual bike ride for 2006. The American Legion Post 228 opened for us to draw for prizes and have refreshments. Thank you to everyone who helped with this fundraiser in any way. The chamber will be hosting our annual "Breakfast with the Easter Bunny" on Saturday, April 8th, 2006. Please come and enjoy some good food and better fellowship. You can help the chamber with your attendance. Pictures with the Easter Bunny will be available!! Happy Easter in Big Sandy that raised funds for the Chamber of Commerce. To work on the beautification of the city of Big Sandy and make improvement to our city park and recreation area. To promote the areas surrounding the Tennesee River and Kentucky Lake to prospective citizens. Any and all who are interested in the missions of our chamber, please feel free to attend. The annual membership drive will continue through the end of May.
